Suddenly (1954)
The tranquility of a small town is marred only by sheriff Tod Shaw's (Sterling Hayden) unsuccessful courtship of widow Ellen Benson (Nancy Gates), a pacifist who can't abide guns and those who use them. But violence descends on Ellen's household willy-nilly when the U.S. President passes through town... and slightly psycho hired assassin John Baron (Frank Sinatra) finds the Benson home ideal for an ambush.

Trivia:
Would be presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly saw this film a few days before shooting JFK. When Sinatra found out this fact years later, he felt compelled to pull the film from circulation.

In the colorized version of the film, O'l Blue Eyes, Frank Sinatra, is given brown eyes.
