Seymour Krelboin (Jonathan Haze) is an introverted guy working at a flower shop. He creates a talking plant and
they become friends. However, in order for the plant to grow, it needs to feed on human
flesh and convinces Seymour to kill people in order to satisfy its devilish hunger.

Trivia:
The film was made in two days. After Roger Corman wrapped up "A Bucket of Blood", on
a whim he decided to see what was the quickest time he could shoot a film in.
A successful musical was created and in turn was later adapted into a film in 1986.
