Synopsis
You Bet Your Life was taken from Groucho's radio series of the same name. The idea for the televison show came after Groucho had done improvisational scenes with Bob Hope on the Radio. Groucho's hilariously quick wit is not to be missed.
Trivia
As a guest on the show William Peter Blatty, a then unknown author, said he would use his winnings to take time to write a novel - which turned out to be The Exorcist
